0170(3)(b) Provider removed the posters that were posted on top of the covered fireplace during the visit. 0170(3)(f) Provider needs to submit written statement saying she does not use the fireplace. 0170(3)(i) Fire extinguisher needs to be moved to be on exit path. Provider and licensor discussed a better spot to mount it.
